Payment

You can order canvases and pay InSpe, IĮ through Paysera. The payment button is on the saved order page and takes you to Paysera for secure payment. Do not enter card details or online banking credentials in the website’s forms. Gift voucher sales are not currently enabled.

Production and delivery

Production takes 2–3 working days after payment and design approval. Express production is on the next working day, for a fixed €20 fee per order, which is not discounted. This is not a guarantee of next working day delivery. Collection is free. Courier delivery in Lithuania costs €6.90 and normally takes 1–2 working days after production. Your final basket total includes the selected delivery. If delivery difficulties or delays arise, we contact you to agree a solution; we do not automatically add charges that were not shown.

Collection: Motorų 14,16-3, Vilnius, Monday–Friday 9:00–16:00. Come only after you receive confirmation that your order is ready. Arrange a return in advance by emailing [email protected].

Payment and invoicing

After placing an order, you will see its number, exact amount and “Pay with Paysera” button. We email the order acknowledgement and applicable terms. Production begins after the Paysera API confirms full payment and the design is approved. An invoice is issued separately using the buyer details supplied when ordering.

Receiving your parcel

Check the packaging and canvas. If you notice damage, photograph it where possible and tell us. The absence of photographs or a courier report does not itself remove statutory rights. If a delay is expected, we inform you and agree a solution.
